One of the best known weblogs (aka 'blogs') is InstaPundit (http://instapundit.blogspot.com/). The nice thing about this approach is that it not only links you to information but it guides you as well (with commentary, excerpts, etc.). This is a great thread and I'm not suggesting that anything different needs to be done. I just figured that you or the people following this thread would be the types of people that would maintain or know about a weblog type of approach to this subject.
