From the 9-10/2001 low to today's close:
Nas: 1387 to 1600 = up 15%, at a level first reached in July 1997
SOX: 343 to 480, up 40%, mid-1999 level
NTAP: 6 to 15.4, up 157%, also mid-1999 level

I think we may be currently seeing the last buying opportunity, at reasonable prices, for NTAP and CSCO and others. For the first time I can remember, I think I am more bullish than the consensus.
