I just think if someone cared about freedom of speech and trying to protect investors from bad investments and stock scams, as bob and matt both say they do, they would be more fair in the terms of service and the enforcement of the tos. Bob can say he will kick out everyone who doesn't use the word purple in a sentence. Fine with me. If he wanted to be more honest though he should say that if a bunch of stock promoters complain about an honest negative poster who is not violating the tos, he will kick them out just so he doesn't have to deal with the complaints and to make his promoters happy so they'll continue to give him indirect revenue. He should say that he will allow stock promoters to attack honest negative posters but will not allow the honest negative poster to speak the truth about stock scams. Matt should also say that he will kick people out then lie and say they violated the tos when they did not. The tos just say if you violate the tos, you will be kicked out, then he doesn't abide by it. He allows some people to violate the tos and he does nothing. Then he kicks out others when they didn't violate. He should get rid of the tos and just say he'll do whatever the heck he feels. It would be a more honest approach. Then I would have been fine with it, like Agora. I got booted for posting an SEC document. He said I was booted for being a "basher." Fine, at least everyone knows that agora is a total hype site and you shouldn't believe a word you read. Matt and Bob claim to be against stock scams yet they are aiding and abeting. They also claim that they only judge posts and posters byt he tos agreement when that is far from the truth. They are not honest.
