| Hello my little chickadees!! Did anyone miss me? Yes, I missed the market just a tad, but what a fantastic golfing day. First there was an 8:30 shotgun for charity @ Twin Eagles in Naples..now that's a beaut of a course...probably will host the PGA in not too distant future, very challenging, gorgeous landscaping and awesome undulating greens. My foursome played superbly and we won a few prizes, but the morning laughs, the teamwork (it was a scramble), the gourmet lunch buffet..everything! was so perfect. I was on my way home when one of the fellas who played drove up beside me on my way home and asked if I wanted to play another 18..well, my driver was on fire and my 5 wood could do no harm, I've retired the wedge in favour of an accurate 7 iron bump 'n run, so away we went to play another 18 until dusk...I could have done another 18 (no kidding) I was so pumped for the game I've not given enough attention to lately...fantastic day. Hope all of yours was equally as challenging ..heck, as traders the game of golf and playing "our" game has many similarities. Strategy, course management, patience, putting a bad hole behind us, exercising calculated risk for big payoffs (what water? lol), but especially teamwork, comraderie and lots of mutual support..so, you see, I really didn't take a day off, I was in the same game! :-)) ...oh, and have a peaceful, fun and relaxed weekend all..it's been a tough week but next week me bones say the Wed. rally will look like chicken feed compared to the three sequential "up" days we'll enjoy ...did a quick scan of my watchlists and the volume was to die for..both long and short. It's going to be good..very good I think for a sustained upside rally. Finally! - NOK |
