Abraham D. Gosman, Bruce A. Rendina and George L. de Guardiola to Form New Development Venture
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 1997--

Abraham D. Gosman, Bruce A. Rendina and George L. de Guardiola announced their joint venture agreement to acquire and develop non- healthcare/medical real estate projects. de Guardiola Development Ventures Inc. will be involved in the ground zero stages of raw land acquisition and full development and construction of all types of real estate projects including planned communities and mixed use parcels. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The combined experiences in these areas places us in a position to make commitments on a timely basis for projects of any size and scope.''
