Hi Westpacific, given China's savings rate and given lack of proper outlet for investment funds of size, a bit of waste is healthy and beneficial to those who can take advantage of it, and subsequently recycle same after purchase of all manner of goodies. If you were here, you would do what smart folks do ... park money not in banks but in all matters physical ... land, apartments, gold, etc. Chugs, Jay
