Looks as tho' SI posters don't bother with bargains on EBAY. Evidently, they're so astute with their investments, they don't mind paying the full price. actual fact is, many many times eBay bidders overpay for the items they are buying. In my hobby I see it all the time, a person could make some money just buying at well known discounters (not even wholsesale) and selling for full price - it's crazy. I have overpaid myself, such as for an iPaq handheld. You have to really really know what you are doing before buying or selling anything on eBay - I often study a new category for weeks before entering the fray
