GTSM is making no progress -- except to more recklessly invite an indictment.

It's 10k is a surreal and psychotic mess. In the same paragraph you quote that says it has bridge financing that permits it to pursue "meaningful development" is also says

"unless the Company is able to obtain substantial additional funding from Verity or another source, it has insufficient funds to pursue meaningful development of its process for production of semiconductor materials. The Company will not have enough money to purchase cadmium telluride and other crystal growth supplies until it obtains additional funding."

Convenient for you not to quote that language.

So we know GTSM has funds, except that it doesn't have funds... those statements are impossible to reconcile -- and that's just an example. GTSM has gone from a careful scam that has done almost nothing since it started in 1984 to being an uncareful scam.

As to the motor....

I'm not repeating my charge that GTSM lost its patent because the 10K that owned it was dissolved. Since then GTSM itself claims to have sold whatever technology it had -- and that's just proof I was right in the 1st place that it doesn't own the motor. The "sale" (FOR NO MONEY to a COMPANY WITH NO MONEY!) was just a cover to match the public story with its non-ownership.

What's derranged about the current 10K is the company now still talks about the motor as though it owns it. For example, it says "we do not plan to spend very much money on our generator project" only its not GTSM's generator anymore, and it really plans to spend ZERO on it, the same amount its spent in recent years when it did claim to own it.

If you want to believe in GTSM, more power to you. Some people believe they have a personal animal spirit that guides them when they cross the street. But at least in that situation there's no scammers benefitting.
