How do you know that this is a high for BRKB or a low for QQQ or BBH?

You may have a high relative to where you bought it, but is it also high relative to where it might be valued say, in a year?

This market is not acting like one that is in recovery yet, at least to me it isn't. I think I'd advise more patience...see if the QQQ breaks below the Sept 18 lows, or significantly bounces off of them on a retest.
