Never, never, never make a trailing stop known: you always will be filled the day of the breakout.
You better keep a mental stop. Mine are not even trailing, but set at former S/R.
And I allow some latitude around supports and round numbers where most traders have their stops. All depending on the mood of the market and the tape that day. <g>
