The results from Clarence Stream have been quite good, but I have been wondering why the stock does not reflect that fact. The latest annual report tells the story of why FWR can not seem to hold above 0.35 for very long. If you read the financial notes where they mention the warrants and options out you will see there are 8.2 million warrants outstanding between 0.30-0.35$. Once these clear out, perhaps the stock can make a run over 0.40$... If all warrants were exercised, there would be over 60 million shares outstanding (70 million fully diluted?).
