Jeff, congrats on the new thread. Here's a chart I thought you might find interesting. The VIX weekly: stockcharts.com[h,a]waclyyay[df][pc20!c50!c200!d20,2!i!c13][vc60][iUi14,3!La12,26,9!Lg!Lp14,3,3!Lb14!Lo14]&pref=G Notice it is now above 50 on the RSI and MACD crossed going up. I think you may already have looked at this chart. MACD cross is the first since September 2001. Things are looking much like late August / early September right now on the chart.
