I think you are wrong on being bearish on KBH, CTX and PHM. Long term interest rates are not going to go up by much over the next year, so home buying is still going to be in vogue, and this trio, with their current relative low valuation are going to be attractive for a little longer IMTO. Their chart definitely do not show any sign of exhaustion and they are earnings power houses for now. Zeev
