Seventeen google hits for "jose de echave", here is one - minesandcommunities.org It's Cooperación ['cooperation' in english], not 'Cooper Accion' for the name of his organisation ... geez, see what i mean about reporters [edit] - i have to go now, but asap i will google up a storm using the numerous leads from this article ... there is a concerted opposition Manhattan and all mining companies everywhere face, in the form of eco-socio-whatevers from largely NA and Europa .... what i want to know, is what do the people of Tambogrande want, and is the resource rich enough, and Manhattan enlightened enough, to make a deal that will benefit tambograndenses both in the short run and in the long .... cheers
