For kent: I too have lost a bundle. However, patience will pay off. I too work in the telecom field, and I have been adding avnx, corv, jdsu over the last year. it is nerve racking but if you do you homework, we could be a winner in about 1 1/2 year. It is pretty simple that avnx has the leading passive innovation (apart from Jdsu), and with the powermux, going to 1000 wavelengths this one is a no brainer. Let's hope avnx acquires bandwidth9 or some other tunable laser vendor to form a complete package with the MUX. Cheers times will be better. Immi
