"Charity is an attribute of an act"

So which act were you referring to when you said that "Perfect charity would be an act without an expectation of return benefit."?? You previously defined perfect charity as an act; now you are defining charity as an attribute of an act. But an attribute is an essential quality or characteristic of something. So you have gone from saying that perfect charity is an act, to saying that charity is an essential characteristic of an act. However, even using your new definition, certainly charity is not an essential quality of ALL acts. Which acts of God are charitable, and which are not??

"The less expectation of return, the more we can attribute charitableness to an action; with the complete absence of expectation of return representing the ideal form of charity"

So you are suggesting that God would offer the ideal form of charity and thus expect nothing in return? So it does not matter to God whether or not we acknowledge Him? Does anything then matter to God?

"To engender a change in creation God can merely will the change and it is."

Will "WHAT" change?? Why would God will anything to be different than it is?? You said earlier that everything was working out perfectly according to plan. Is it the perfection of this "plan" which God is making changes to...or is it something else?? What acts upon God to stimulate Him to will a change? Are the Changes willed by God merely random. Are His acts of will uncaused?? Are they insensible??

Does God have any affect on people? He cannot be affected By them...right? Why would God will something which cannot affect Him? If God was perfect and complete, then why did He will "changes" by creating people and pigs--when none of these things can add anything to His utter lack of feeling?
