Just to put any possible shareholder restitution from the $15 million impound fund I offer the following. When Sexi declared bankruptcy the company owed me roughly $90,000 for consulting services. As a creditor I received $750. Other debtors got proportionate shares. Next will be the payouts to the law firm handiling the "class action" listing and the costs incurred by the SEC and the DOJ in pursuing this matter./ I( expect very little to be available for distribution to shareholders who are members of the defined class. I am just pleased that the SEC continues to prosecute those involved and expect to see a few more cases similar to the one announced recently.
