I'd like to modify my statement of 21 months ago. I said then that one should own both originators of software and service providers who install, adapt, alter, and instruct about what is basically other people's software. But with the emphases of 2002 I'd like to declare that we don't have a mandate to own any company in this or that area. Everything depends on the price. Once in a decade or so there is a time when almost any stock becomes overpriced. That's the time to let go. That includes CTSH some day.
