T, As a group (there are a few decent managers), pension fund managers are the worst money managers in the world, even worse than bank trust departments, and that takes some doing. Which is why I yank my hair out when I see the govt. model 401Ks and Iras after pension fund rules. Uh, these vehicles were created because pension funds sucked. Oh, well, no use preaching to the fiscally illiterate. They will never get it.
