Wrong on both counts, Intellackey apologist......

Either their accountants are lying to the government or they're idiots.

--- Intel's Quarterly report says $0.02 "Cash Dividend", while the filed 10Q says $0.04 "Declared Dividend". I don't know if there is more than one way to classify dividends???
intel.com

During the quarter, the company paid its quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share. The dividend was paid on March 1 to stockholders of record on Feb. 7. Intel has paid a regular quarterly cash dividend for more than nine years.

--- I find it hard to believe that intel's (and AMD's) Financial Auditors Ernst & Young are "idiots". Nor do I think Andy Bryant would be as stupid as you obviously think he is, to sign a document with a bold faced lie, to the SEC.

What's the Deal? Truthfully, I don't know enough about SEC/10Q reporting to resolve the difference. But what I do know, is that there's a more reasonable explanation than the Bitter Ones that you offer.
