Shades of grey. They are all in CYA mode right now.

--- Right, Exactly my point. Most, if not ALL Auditors are in that mode, which strengthens my argument even more. Is it not obvious that Ernst & Young wrote intel's Q1/10Q filing in Exactly that mode?? Did they not have access to intel's ($0.02) Q1 report that I just linked to?? Would they be so stupid to lie..... NOW..... with the government Already breathing down their necks????

I just Can't believe that Ernst & Young, And Andy Bryant, and That Army of High Paid Intel Tax Lawyers, All Of Them.... All Of Them.... missed this so called "mistake", or created some sort of SEC deception...... Sacrifice their Careers and Credability For what purpose... $0.02/share in Dividends???

Doesn't make sense.... now does it??
