Dear Scumbria: That is true, and I have heard on the media that for some time the second level of Palistinian leaders have felt it should not have been refused, and the greatest Revelation came directly from Arafat who is reported to have said, that with the benefit of hindsight he is sorry he didnt accept it then. So, we start from here and work out something wouldnt you say? Does no good to keep pointing the fingers like little children blaming one another. The more I watch events in the Middle East the more I wonder as to the maturity of either of the leaders. JDN
