Justa, that chart also is similar to one I've seen for the QQQ (Vess posted it on Clearstation). It has an implied target of 22.76, which is about 912 NDX. That lines up with a COMP low around 1300. Vess doesn't believe this is going to happen right now, and he thinks the low will be QQQ 27-28.50. I think he's going to be surprised. P&F target ranges are 25-28 for the low, with Dorsey's at 25-27. If the COMP hits 1300, the NDX will hit the 22-23 range. Vess is good, and he's just learning e-wave. As such, he's looking for a wave "C" to hit 2098. I think he might need to reference the book again and look at fibs <G>.
