I disagree totally Dave, this is 2002, not 1776, quite a different time. And by your rules we should be allowed to carry bio chem weapons, nukes, missiles, and other means of protection. The constitution does not rule out any of these weapons in the "right to bear arms statement" thus we get it all or you have no grounds to stand on, defending handguns as a right.
