Nadine, I heard on the news today that the political machinery in Israel has taken an official stance that they are against the formation of a Palestinian state and against giving back even 1 inch of the territories they have taken and settled. It is obvious that Israel does not want peace of any kind. It is now clear to everyone that Israel only wishes to continue territorial expansion and solidify those gains by whatever means necessary. Such policy can only continue the bloodshed. Now that its official, I can only hope that the the USA withdraws all aide (financial and military) and that the civilized world will embargo Israel for as long as it takes for a change in official policy. Each individual can also help by making sure they boycott any goods and services that are from Israel or owned by Israeli's.
