Well.... that's the exact same thing people were saying last year about the telecom equipment makers and no expensive software companies are not at a p/s of 3. Sebl is at a p/s of 5, vrts is over 6, msft is over 8, merq is over 6.

How much worse can it get? From an earnings point of view, no worse.......... I hope, but I'm not counting on it.

If IBM is laying off significant amounts of people in global services and biz consultants are laying off too and lowering guidance (and they implement the very software that these companies are selling), then can it get worse? Yes, I would say that is a possibility, but even if it does pan out that way, it won't be even across the board.
