Dear Rich4Eagle: Be careful espousing Carter, while he was and is (so far as I know) a decent man and certainly very TECHNICALLY intelligent, he also possesses not a GRAIN of common sense, what we here call Horse Sense. His administration was a disaster in every way that I can think of. He has been and probably is right now USED by countries without his even being aware of it. He could easily embarass the USA thinking he is doing GOOD. Personally, I did well under Carter as I had a lot of cash at the time and I had it all in CD's yielding 11% and more but I was one of the lucky ones. JDN
