out of all my shorts last week except for a few puts on mvsn and erts only 29% of the 350 stocks i follow are on buy signals--the last time it went this low was the week ending 2/8--and by 3/8-60.28% were on buy signals am long ebay and cree but i have a ton of stocks on the on deck circle--but they need to go up first in particular i am keeping my eye on biotech--would buy amgn at 49--cra at 14 1/2 medi at 32 also would buy smh at 42
