CAPITAL ALLIANCE GROUP INC ("CPT-V") - Private Placement Oversubscribed Capital Alliance Group Inc. reported that its private placement announced on March 5, 2002 has been oversubscribed. The private placement, which was to have raised $750,000 by the issuance of 3 million units at a price of $0.25 per unit, will now generate $897,500 by the issuance of 3,590,000 units. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase, for a period of two years, one additional common share at a price of $0.31.
