I've been burned by being optimistic before....but here is my thinking. Very good outline of the potential upside surprises lurking around the globe. I share your gut feeling about the optimism. Burnt too many times to believe anything good until it happens. It is nice to see some of these potential surprises in the here and now instead of somewhere over the rainbow. Cooters
