My apologies if previously posted, but it's worthwhile seeing what is being written. Anyone who got the report, might be interesting to have a summary--

Dear Investor,

Have you heard the one about 3G -- that's "third generation" --
cell phone technology?

It's going to jumpstart the telecom industry. Rocket Qualcomm
back up to $180. And make investors like you -- "smart enough"
to buy wireless stocks now -- filthy rich within 18 months.

That's the story the tech shills are pumping out. And it's all
one big fat LIE.

IN FACT, I've just written an Urgent Sell Bulletin for my
ChangeWave Investing subscribers, exposing this myth -- and
listing 11 widely-owned big techs that will suffer badly as the
3G fairy tale unravels.

In just a moment, I'll tell you how to get this Bulletin -- "The
3G, Qualcomm, Wireless LIE" -- IMMEDIATELY online. But first,
let me explain this problem to you.

I'm a practical sort of guy, so I tend to break technology into
two camps:

*Technology that actually delivers true added-value to our lives;
*And technology that sounds "neat," but delivers little or
nothing.

For "added value," look no further than Mobil's Speedpass. The
Speedpass -- if you're unfamiliar with it -- is a small computer
chip that activates the gas pump with your credit card info.
Just wave it at the pump...fill 'er up...and you're good to go. No
waiting in line inside...no clumsy buttons to deal with outside.

It's practical. It's easy. It's convenient. It saves me time.
I love it.

BUT on the other hand, 3G falls into the category of "sounds
neat," but it ain't gonna deliver what the tech mavens promise.
And I know what I'm talking about.

At ChangeWave Investing, we don't just sit in a room and dream up
opinions. We have an alliance of 3500 people, who work for more
than 1,000 corporations and organizations throughout the world.
Technicians, purchasing managers, CIOs, CFOs, researchers,
marketing guys -- the whole nine yards.

That's how we learn what's working and what isn't; what
companies are spending money on and what they're letting slide;
and which "neat tech stories" are likely to pan out -- plus which
aren't.

AND let me tell you, our Alliance has poked a THOUSAND HOLES in
the 3G dream.

1. First off, as our guys inside the FCC love to point out, we
have huge bandwidth problems. Not enough of it. All the talk
lately has been about "electronic warfare" --that's how the U.S.
will keep the upper hand in conflicts. But much of the 3G Lie is
predicated on the Armed Services happily giving up precious
bandwidth, so you can surf the Web on your cell phone. After
9/11, it ain't gonna happen.

2. There are real questions about the viability of the 3G
business model. Even in Japan -- technology's "early-adapter" --
3G introduction is pretty much a BUST. It's a land with 58
million cell phones, but the 3G rollout hasn't even hit 100,000
units yet. Why? First, the technology sucks batteries dry. So
you pop a fresh one in -- but you know what? There's really
little worthwhile to do with the stupid phone!

3. Which leads to another huge problem: The telecom companies
we're counting on to invest in neat new services are BROKE.
Worldwide, they've borrowed close to a trillion dollars. In
Europe, telecoms shelled out $8 billion to $12 billion apiece
just to license the airwaves. They're all tapped out!

4. And you know what people really want in the U.S.? Forget 3G
-- they just want the stupid cell phone to work. No static. No
dropped calls. No dead zones. And the phone companies can't
even get that right.

5. Which brings me to the fact that no one -- NO ONE -- has done
anything to prove that consumers really want a bunch of fancy new
services on their cell phones.

I don't. And I love gadgets. But what am I gonna do -- spend an
hour on the phone doing research, so in the meantime my calls
can't get through? Do I need to shell out the money for two
lines now?

NO WAY.

Not when there's already a better solution for business people
and other folks, who want to access the Internet the "wireless
way."

It's called WI-FI. And all it takes is a cheap base unit plugged
into a broadband line -- to create a local, high speed wireless
network anyone can tap. These networks are springing up all
over the place -- hotels, coffee shops, malls, you name it -- as
a convenience service for customers.

Just power up your laptop or handheld and surf all you want --
for FREE!

So the 3G shills are telling me that people want to play with
tiny cell phone keyboards -- and shell out big bucks to do it --
to stare at a tiny screen...wait and wait for slow downloads...to
utilize a few lousy services? Ain't gonna happen.

That's why you've got to get your copy of "The 3G, Qualcomm,
Wireless LIE." It's yours IMMEDIATELY online when you accept a
RISK-FREE trial subscription to ChangeWave Investing.

As you'll see, Qualcomm is a goner. The company pioneered the
CDMA technology that powers 3G phones -- and bet everything on
it. Well, sometimes, my friend, it's the pioneers who take the
arrows in the back.

But Qualcomm ain't the only worry. In this SELL Bulletin, I name
10 more big-name stocks that will get dragged down in the
quagmire, too. Get out now. Trade up. Invest in our favorite
WI-FI stocks instead.

After all, 3G is the loser. WI-FI is the winner. And to the
victor go the spoils.

P.S. Guess what? Qualcomm just guided full-year expectations
even lower on April 24th -- as if expectations weren't already
low enough. It seems their 3G technology just isn't catching on
as quickly as a lot of folks expected.

NO KIDDING! Nobody wants to invest in the infrastructure.
Nobody wants to invest in the services. And nobody evens knows
if consumers really want to use their cell phones like PCs. What
a mess! Don't get dragged into it. Get "The 3G, Qualcomm,
Wireless LIE online IMMEDIATELY with your RISK-FREE trial
