I edited out offensive remarks from the rb post so as not to offend. I thought you would apreciate the effort but apparently not.

I am personally familiar with why Pratt was forced to resign as I as well as others tendered shares to help persuade him. So you can quote the sec reports all the live long day but I know the real story. You yourself made the freudian slip and said "Before Pratt got kicked out" so I am having trouble following your thought process.

My last post explained that Inventory and the r&d expense was audited by an accredited accounting firm. To say that it represented some employee figuring out ways to fool me is absurd. However, instead of me writing I will include another norm post to explain the situation. I have deleted any remarks that could be offensive.

Per the audited financial statements of December 31, 2002, Galtech has used $91,750 worth of crystal growing materials in the 4th qtr and have received $6,000 per month since August 01. A reasonable person would conclude at the very least that these materials were used to experiment with the growth of cadmium telluride ingots and quite possibly have grown one or two good ones.
