Thank you for the thoughtful insight into the GLG-FGX merger. I tend to agree with you when you predict GLG will continue to rise and that the assets assumed from FGX add significantly to the overall package. Finally, the POG is on the rise and will remain on the rise for the foreseeable of 2002.

From what I gather GLG is a solid corporation, whose ratings are favorable with everyone from Larry Edelson at Weiss, to “CIBC WORLD MKTS, NATIONAL BANK F, and SPROTT SECURITY,” (Bloomberg), etc. With a fixed cost of production per ounce, the leverage-factor tied to the POG could be serious factor to consider.

What is the actual worth of Explorco? Are you planning to hold onto those shares following merger?

I will look into MFL as soon as I post this reply. Thank you for the pointers.
