A heartfelt apology wouldn't hurt, either.

With the exception of the apology part, my toorabout partner and I did it exactly as above, without even any consultation. Of course the "promise" part wasn't necessary, because SI was able (no lawsuit threats) to simply impose the toorabout from on high. But had we wanted to be tricky or recalcitrant about about honoring the toorabout, we could have, I suppose.

I mention that to show it's not so extraordinary a notion, a strict, absolutely strict, toorabout.
