A fair statement and an element I tend to keep an eye on too. The only thing is that gold has gotten SOME attention after several years of being despised and ignored, and that's not quite the same as getting CNBCized. We are still somewhere in the middle of that "acceleration band" process in my view, but if you read my posts anymore you would note my table pounding days are over, and some profit taking is a bit more the rule for me.

I think a number of other analysts are doing the forward thinking work here. I'm not sure what GFMS uses for it's models on anything, and wonder if they even look closely at mine lives and reserves?
