ALL Auditors are in that [CYA] mode, which strengthens my argument even more. Is it not obvious that Ernst & Young wrote intel's Q1/10Q filing in Exactly that mode?? It is not obvious. Intel's quarterly financial reports are unaudited and Ernst & Young did not write Intel's Q1 10-Q.
