Malone originally made a $100 million investment in IATV. That was to be done in three seperate tranches. The first two were successfully completed and the company benefited financially. The last tranche was never done. It was to be at $13 per share and the stock was already trading below that. Plus ACTV already had the 130 million from the FOO in the bank so it was not necessary. That commitment from Malone showed his interest in the technology. He's a visionary, you know. So in that respect he was the best thing that ever happened to ACTV. But for him to come in with this low ball offer is despicable. Oh, and it ain't quite over yet. I get my say in the matter as well as the other stockholders. We as a group control more of the company than either Malone or the insiders so I'll move on and concede my loss after we vote. That is, if we lose. I don't think we will.
