<Exall has just learned that all of the officers and directors of Glimmer Resources Inc., the other participant in the Glimmer mine joint venture, resigned on Dec. 6, 2001. The shares of Glimmer Resources, which were listed on CDNX, were cease-traded on the same day, Dec. 6, 2001.> Winzer, any idea what the above means. Is Glimmer bankrupt/dead or just dormant ?
