Carter's statement, that Cuba does not have any biological weapons, is incredibly stupid and irresponsible. He visits this dictator, who has enslaved the Cuban population for decades, and then, like a puppet on a string, dances for Castro.

The question is, what is the old fool up to? What is the gravy train for Carter, as a reward for his mission to make Castro look like Mother Teresa?
