Talked to the listings dept at the ASE this pm. As far as the ASE is concerned, the only shareholder communication requirement is the annual report complete with the " Message to Shareholders " statement from the president. Quarterly statements are also required which may be in the form of financial statements only. Requests for information or returning of calls by the company to the shareholders is done out of professional courtesy only. Looks like we're at the mercy of DAK insiders on this one. I left a message for whoever's voice mail it is @ 403-221-7715. Will post if I get any further info on our little DAK. Best of luck to all. Leonard
