Jon, HLIT is still undervalued, underfollowed, and underowned by institutions. They are tight lipped about @Home,and other installations, but I have been following them around the world, they are everywhere. They have a news sales office in the U.K. with 3 customers, they have Wharf Cable in Hong Kong, and other Asian alliances(unknown at this time),South American Aliances involving UMG in Argentina,Rogers is their biggest customer and they have set up their infrastructure based on HLIT's products(also they are installing One Wave,an @Home project). Let me tell you one day someone will wake up and notice that HLIT is approaching critical mass to attack the likes of Seicor(Seimens,Corning). Seicor may have TWX wrapped up but thats it,HLIT may have a lock hold on @Home. Also everyone is looking at HFC as though there will be no improvements or anything new coming down the pike. I have read about WDM for metropolitan networks, optical cross- connects, and other new technologies. Does anyone know what effect these new technologies may have on HFC systems?
