Well, I feel it does have internal consistency. I tried with one small aspect "charity" to help you imagine the possibility.

I demonstrated how charity can be viewed as a measurable attribute of any action. You concluded something else. That actions that lack charity cannot also be defined as having a charitable attribute(according to your own criteria). So it seems we are stuck here where we started...well, we actually never got started I guess. Still, I benefitted from the exercise. Sorry that you found it a waste of time.
