I asked E-Data about CompuServe 'agreeing in principle'.
Here is the reply. Some one please make arrangements for
Mr. Freilich to answer questions on line, as I am going out of town.

Hi George,
I have never said that CompuServe had agreed in principle. We announce licenses when hey are completed and signed. At this point, CompuServe is still the major defendant in the NY case.
We are close to announcing other licenses and are negotiating with many major companies. I also believe that we will soon have major media coverage.
Thanks for your support.
By the way, I know that there is major interest on SI. As you may know, I recently agreed to answer all questions posed to me on Prodigy. If there is interest in my doing that on SI, I am willing to do that for a short period. At this point, I only browse and am not registered for posting. If you would be willing to let me know, I will be more than happy to come online.
