(AANA) and National Processing Company (NPC®), a wholly owned subsidiary of National Processing, Inc. (NYSE: NAP), announced today the planned expansion of its Regional sales channel. Under the terms of the joint venture agreement, AAMS assumed responsibility for all merchant-sales efforts throughout AANA's subsidiary's 400 plus branch network. NPC provides AAMS all merchant- processing services, including both authorization and settlement, of all card- based transactions.
