My weather forecast system is still not back together, so this is just a guess and not a prediction. (Those unfamiliar with my forecasts should be know my forecast area is PA and adjacent states).

Cool spring to continue ten days two weeks, then hot but not extremely so summer. Much volatility in summer weather relative to other years.

If we have a cold end to August, we may be in for a cold winter, but that is likely way too far ahead for a forecast system under repair.

This will serve as a test run,
