SmartMoney..AMAT's number will be good. Just look at NVLS earnings report just out a few weeks ago.

Now, whether or not AMAT has such BLOW-OUT numbers that justifies the stock price is a totally different matter.

Don't confuse a gradual recovery in semiconductor business with the wild speculation that is going on in stocks, esp. the chip sector.
