Interesting you should say that. When I told BobZ (former SI Bob) that I was concerned about whether SI was acting legally, and had written them to that effect, he said forget it, that they never gave in to threats of litigation, but loved to fight lawsuits. He was astonished when they didn't. But it was a simple recognition, I think, that they had blatantly violated their contract and would lose any litigation big time.
