I was actually referring to the overall market, rather than the one sector. Biotech will most likely participate in the general market recovery, but it may not be a leader for a while. The FDA has, as it does at least once per decade, slipped back into its crusade against drugs developed for profit. It must, once again, be reformed, both for its negative attitude, and for the rapid changes in the overall technology. Such reform comes about slowly, since it has to occur in the political world. But it is also overdue. My own take is that this is probably a good time to begin a slow accumulation in Biotech, whether in individual stocks like the ones in the model, or even the better funds...
