Duke, RE: I do not think Enron disclosed the off balance sheet items, even in the 10Q's, do you have information to the contrary? Enron did disclose the off balance sheet entities on their 10-Q and 10-K. Granted, nobody outside Enron knew the extent of the stuff off the balance sheet, but there were several red flags for any investor that bothered to read through the documents.
