If you're such a long termer than the PE's on the S&P and the Naz should have you very worried.

The term "long termer" is relative and has no value here. The market should not be bought nor sold based on PE's. Since the future cannot be known you should never base your trading on things that are future dependent. Understanding this is obviously is not within your grasp.

Long term we're going much lower.
Again... Based on what? Higher PE's?

The market will be cut by 30-50% over the next 5 years (based purely upon historical valuations).

Again you are basing your trading on something that is coincidental. History has nothing to do with the price of bread.

Anyone who thinks they HAVE TO BUY anything at these levels is the fool. There are always options.
You are correct. Don't ever buy because you think you have to. That is a certain way to lose your shirt.

If you miss out on a good run, you can always short these overvalued pigs.

You were on the right track, and then you blew it. Now you are shorting because "you think you have to".

The markets will eat your lunch...
